I have loved Edith Holden since the late 90's. My friend and I used to find her books in thrift shops. I could never bring myself to cut up her books then another friend gave me a book that was falling apart. I love the fact that her books are so popular now. Ok, off to watch your video. Hugs, Diana.
You are so incredible talented, my Sweetie, I am always crafting with you, but I also know your different moods, it is the same with me! Papercrafting is a therapy, I can feel this in my heart for several years! Big hugs from Austria, my lovely......Rita
I just love how soft your voice is...and of course, how creative you are! I am glad I found you. Just subscribed to your channel. As far as the craftroom experience...it truly is a Sanctuary and a blessing to have one. I’ve been in mine constantly this past 8 months to keep busy and safe. RUclips has been a Godsend for me. I was able to find you! Keep the creative mojo going girl! Stay creative and safe. Have a very Merry Christmas !🌲⛄️❄️💝
New subscriber!! Love this project. I plan on going through the other videos on your channel! Thanks for sharing your talent. Hello to you in Poland 🇵🇱 from me in Kansas USA 🇺🇸!
LOve Edith Holden! I have same book. I ordered from ABEbooks which has a lot of choices. I deliberately got the Deutsche version as I made a journal for a friend in Germany! This is adorable! I hadn't thought of fussy cutting some of the images. Thank you.
Thank You so very much for sharing this lovely project😀 The details are great and your instructions are easy to understand. I especially like learning about the magnetic closure.
What a fabulous idea! I have never got to get my hands on an Edith Holden! Still trying! I love your idea here, simply fabulous! I love making Journals! I mainly do that, but love all crafts under the sun! Glad I found your channel! New subbie here, would love to be crafty RUclips friends! Tfs!
I had so much fun crafting with you today. I was currently working on my first journal I created long ago and collaging on some of the pages. I am using it for my baby pictures from an old album that was completely falling apart. I was able to salvage the pictures but they were very old. Lol I LOVE your awesome idea with the envelope. I will definitely do one soon. The magnet idea is so much better then the velcro dots I'm using. 😃 🥰
Thank you for watching Lucy! I'm so happy you enjoyed it! And I absolutely love the idea of making a journal for your old photos! Such a beautiful way to preserve memories :)
I actually look forward to your next videos especially the craftmas ones lol Don't feel down you make my day with your clever ideas. But we all need a short break sometimes. I sewed today instead of paper crafting most of the day. I wish I could find a reasonable Edith Holden book.I have looked every once in awhile but always expensive Hugs to you Sue in Illinois
Beautiful , a great tutorial . I have started making one, I had to improvise as alas I don't have the beautiful Edith Holden book and tomorrow I will have to make some coffee dyed paper . Thank you for sharing
I love using foreign (to me!) language text in my journals. It adds so much interest and texture. I love the book you have. It is aged all by itself! Your journal is awesome!
I just love and adore you, I really need to purchase a Edith Holden book. The images are absolutely beautiful. Another great video, tfs, have a great week & stay safe. See ya soon ❤️🦌🎄
Thank you so much for this tutorial, I’ve made 5 ( for friends and one for myself). I really enjoyed being creative and so happy with how they turned out!
I love this project. I’ll be making one soon. I’ve noticed you hold your cropodile backwards when crimping the eyelets. I think you’ll have more strength if you turn it the other way in your hand.
Thoroughly love all your videos, love your colour schemes. Martyna, can i just ask the name of that tube of glue you use. i use the one with the metal tip but it constantly get blocked and drives me nuts. Thank you in advance.
Wonderful recycling idea please could you tell me the name of your ruler I looked everywhere for one but do not know what it is called I tried steel ruler with deckled edge but no good xxx
