I have had Sister locks for almost 4 years and I prefer pipe cleaner curls. I have used cold wave rods like you are using before but they are difficult to sleep on. Your hair is beautiful.
Your locs are beautiful and your face is beat. I use flexi rods, pillow curlers, loc loops curlers cause my head has to be comfortable sleeping in rollers.

I braided and band my hair and it still bunches. I’ve cut my Sisterlocs twice due to bunched ends. I have fine thin low density loose curl hair has I known that my locs would bunch then I’d probably gotten traditional locs with palm rolling. My second set of locs will be traditional locs. I will be 2yrs Sisterloc’d Nov 1. I guess I will always be braiding and banding lol.

Hey love! I roll my hair with Lock Loops or pipe cleaners. The Lock Loops are really comfortable to sleep in.
I have those accessories I just haven’t tried them. I’ll give it a try, thanks! I also love the pillow rollers.
