Damn... I've been playing this game for the past year, and I never even new that he had a full story to him. I new that other companions did, but I never thought about Raul. I stopped the video halfway through just to experience it for myself.
I just started to play this game for the first time and stumbled upon Raul in Black Mountain. Legitimately my character and I hadn't heard a call for help, but I helped him anyways and became instantly attached to his sarcastic sense of humor. I'm Arizona born and can vibe with the "been there, done that" tired energy, one because I really feel like I'm wandering the outskirts of my hometown towards Vegas, and two because he is an absolute unit with Medicine Stick equipped. Fights are over before I draw.
I would love a game in the perspective of Mexico after the war. Maybe you can bump into a younger Raul, or a game that takes place later after New Vegas and he’s still kicking.
