    Doctor मनोज आज से दस वर्ष पहले मेरी अड्डी पर खूब दर्द था. मैने संकल्प किया था टेम्पल के 1000 चक्कर लगाऊंगी. मैने रोज के 100 चक्कर लगाए थे. दस दिन मे 1000चक्कर लगे. छोटा temple thaa. नतीजा यह हुआ आज दस साल से मेरी अड्डी बिलकुल ठीक है. बहूत दर्द होती थी पहले. आप सब अच्छा बताते है.     Aap ke videos bahut useful hain. Simple language use karte hain jis ke wajah se apki bataye hui exercises karne me bahut asani hoti hai. Mere aediyon me bahut dard hota hai. Apki bataye hui exercise karna shru Kiya hai abhi. Umeed hai is se faiyda hoga.

    प्रणाम श्रीमान
    हम योग प्राणयाम नियमित रूप से कर रहे है । तला भुना भी नहीं खाते चाय भी नहीं संतुलित आहार लेते हैं ।
    1.शरीर के हर जोड़ में कट कट की आवाज आती हैं
    2.पैरों के नाखून चमड़ी के अंदर घुसते हैं।
    3. जाड़ /दाँत भूर भूर कर टूट चुकी हैं 3 ,4 ही बची हैं ।
    किर्पया उपाय बताएं मैंने बहुत ज्यादा पैसे खराब कर दिए कोई भी दवाई नहीं लग रही हैं । 🙏🙏🙏🙏
