    Thank you Kyle. These have been so helpful…esp noticing how much more movement yr exercises have given my body. Love the painting btw…is it somewhere in the US? Im from Africa and it looks similar to our semi desert.

      Regarding the painting, I honestly couldn't say. There was no location of it when I purchased it. Also, so it's so awesome you're seeing this from Africa. All the best!

      Crying releases resistance, so while it may feel embarassing to do so, you'll feel better if you can express what you're feeling. Hopefully it's in a situation where you can excuse yourself, but if not, just go with it. Today's society is much more understanding than it used to be :0).

    Is this why there has been a new movement of cold plunge?

    • @CalmwithKyle
      @CalmwithKyle  Год назад +1

      This may be related, where our body will experience similar responses in the cold plunge, but I could not be sure as I don't know the science behind the cold plunge movement.

      Hello! Very cool you're seeing this over in Bulgaria. Unfortunately, nothing that I can recommend. Best thing is to check with your doctor, get a full bloodwork done and see what areas you might be able to increase or decrease in terms of vitamins and minerals. Wishing you the best 😊

    why if you have an eating disorder, what is the connection?

    • @CalmwithKyle
      @CalmwithKyle  Год назад

      Good question, eating disorders can have many layers, often related to trauma. Trauma relates to our vagal nerve function. I'd say inquire more with a local practitioner who specializes in ED. All the best!

    This is great, but I guess I was expecting something a bit more ‘practical for public use’ with the title being notated for emergencies… Do you have any suggestions for things one can do covertly? As in, at a work or social gathering?

      Yes, I have a video on Acupressure that is more applicable for public use.

    Yup...I do use cold water or ice on my face, neck, head and hands to activate my PS when having anxiety or a panic attack. Sometimes helps sometimes doesn't. But is definitely a good trick to know. I also massage or apply pressure on certain areas on my face, ears, hands. In addition my partner massages my legs gently when I have a panic attack and start shaking really bad. It helps my body to calm down and feel present. Great tips! 🙏✨🫶
