Both are good. But Tribbie probably gonna be the more versatile of the 2. Tribbie provides generic buffs that can apply to any team, with additional damage and follow up attacks to boot, while also increasing the damage the enemy takes. Lingsha is great for the Herta mostly just due to her AoE attacks, coupling with healing and cleansing, but you could sub her for so many other abundance/pres units.
