In this installment of Ask the Trainer, Education Manager Steve Katai explains the six most common ways people incorrectly use the TRX, what we call the Six TRX Sins
A common problem in teaching is to work with the incorrect method, problem solving technique, etc., first. The learner's mind will retain this easier than what you demonstrate next. Teach the correct method first and you'll be a better teacher.
Same in coaching people-- focus on when they do something well and they have them clarify in their mind's how they did it that way. Better than telling them how to correct bad stuff.
I was going to type the same thing!! Definitely San Fran look, and I also figured the Park..but it almost looks like water back there- maybe I didn't see the whole park, was there a water overlook?
Simple, easy to follow instructions that are not drowned out by horrible background music. Why can't all RUclips instructional videos be like this?

Lot of these just seem like common sense. I never had any of these issues, each to their own I guess.
