Paige Bueckers and Azzi Fudd are getting AFTER IT. These ladies are the best players in the COUNTRY but they're also best friends. When you're this good at basketball and that close as friends, you have to become RIVALS!
Paige is a big time player who is already committed to Uconn while Azzi is as smooth as they come but has yet to pick a college. Azzi is coming off an ACL injury, but they still had to find something to compete in.
It started with a little workout and kayaking, but then it's time to get on the court and have a SHOOTOUT.
The rivalry and the friendship is REAL and these girls are destined for greatness. Big thanks to Paige and Azzi for working with us. Much more to come in our Gatorade Rivals series!

To me she's not the scorer Taurasi is yet, but a better passer. I think Paige is one of the only women that look natural in their movements on the court. The only ones I can think of are Taurasi, Moore, and to an extent Della Donne. Every other female player I watch has a hitch in their shot, or they have to bring it down to their chin. Its really noticeable when they shot off the dribble. It doesn't look anywhere near a smooth natural body movement.

It's ok to playfully diss each other. Just don't let it get out of hand. know what line can't be crossed, or you'll be mad at each other for real or seriously offend each other. If their "friendship" is indeed genuine, they will overcome minor bad blood that can be brought on by the constant back and forth. I have two daughters who treat each other just like this. Sometimes, they actually insult each other rather badly. But they usually make up and move on by the next moment or day.
