At my school we’re allowed to for mental health reasons, or if you’ve told the teacher ahead of time that you need it and why.
So, I have social anxiety which makes it hard for me to participate in class discussions, and the teachers know about that, and let me have a fidget cube in class.

Before you do this make sure to ask your teacher if it’s okay first. If they say it’s okay, only bring quiet, discreet ones like these. In my class we are only allowed acupressure rings. :)

I HIGHLY recommend this crab dimple, it’s really big, cute and colourful especially since you must be really stressed and in pain. It’s loud and requires little effort to push! It’s great to get your sensory skills back up if you are being rushed to a hospital!

I would recommend chewing stuff it helped me not bite my arms and clothes and tables!
I bring a small mochi squishy toy, it fits in my pencil case and doesn’t make a distraction! Also it can look as an eraser at some points
I use the bicycle chain as a fidget everyday at school. It really helps me focus and not pick at my thumbs or grind my teeth. It's my absolute favorite :)

lol. I used to rent out my fidgets for microbux (ourschuool has microsociety) my setup was SUPER OBVIUOS i thougt the teacher was fine with it because she didnt say anything. untill the end of the year she finnaly noticed my shop setup and questioned me. i didnt get any "charges" because it was the end of the year and no piont in starting things up with the "police"
i actually made so much microbuxfrom renting that i didint even bother taking out my paycheck from the bank. i was so RICH from my "illigal biusness"

once i took a homemade stressball to school. of course one of my freinds wanted to try it, and i didint know how to say no politely so i let them have it for the day. anyways the smartbaord was used for a class and my teacher leaves the room. freind with the ball goes up to the smart baord and squishes it up against one of the faces displayed on the baord, pretending the ball was kissing the face. suddenly it pops and the whole class SCRAMBLES to help clean it up before teach gets back. we were almost done when teach came back, she sits down at her desk and sees half the class wiping the smartboard with wet papertowel. she asked "what are you doing?" and one of them said "its dusty"
teach goes back to what she was doing as if nothing suspicios happened.

I sneak tiny quiet fidgets in my desk but both of my teachers are so so SO nice but I still try to hide them ;)
Fidgets actually help more that 50% of students concentrate on studies. Otherwise they go to sleep.
