This is the last of our 5 part Ventrac 4520 series with Copper Creek Cuts. If you missed any of them, we created a playlist here: ruclips.net/p/PLG5yS75HLzo1dfUROSptV4SNmyPngt5XI
Hey Copper Creek Brad! Do they make a forestry mulcher head...because we could put that to the test!! Thanks again for demonstrating the Ventrac at Piney Grove. 👍💪 Brad&Deb
@@PineyGroveHomestead I wish. I would've bought one by now if it had a forestry mulcher on it. But I do know it's supposed to be already headed up to the research and development crews. Hopefully soon.
Great footage of just how thick that stuff was and how well the Ventrac perfomed. My favorite part was Deb whispering “Did he break your machine?” Lol. Nah, just stalled it out. I think you found it’s limits, but they are high! Nice job! Great editing too!
Hey Lucas! I got even with that bush with the Kubota after Brad and Deb left for the day.....dropped the King Kutter on top of that pile and let her eat!! I didn't film it, but should have!!
'Nice you reclaimed a lot of ground in very little time. Created fire brakes and got rid of snake dens lol. I could see you were making that look like a state park. Good Job guys. Thanks for the video.
If I had the money for one of those ventrac machines I’d buy one maybe in the future I’d buy one when all of my stuff is paid for that thing would come in handy for a lot of stuff around the yard
@@PineyGroveHomestead the Steiner tractors that are similar are a little cheaper and now bobcat is entering the market and they might be even cheaper we have two acres in middleburg Florida and a tractor like that would come in handy including the bucket attachment and the rough cut and even the normal mower and we can use it on our dirt road to use a drag to grade it there are similar tractors within the same category of tractor that will be more affordable the bobcat is virtually a Steiner but it’s just labeled a bobcat but the prices on bobcat would be cheaper
Thanks for watching. The intent of the day was to see what the machine could do in a bunch of different scenarios, and I think we were successful at that!!
If you raise the deck up as you're coming up to the taller stuff, then lower the deck as you back up, it won't just under cut as much as you were doing.
It's a blast bushhogging because there is an immediate psychological payoff. You really ought to wait until after a rain. He'll just have to have a Ventrac of his own.
It was a collaboration event with Brad from Copper Creek. This is how we normally clear our thick areas: ruclips.net/video/2LtKLLMwSRE/видео.html Thanks for watching. Brad&Deb
This is the wrong equipment for this work. U need a closed cab with an osha safety approved cab for the operator's safety. If u ever hit a hornets nest u will wish u had an closed cab. Also the widow makers that can fall on the operator. Also look how those branches r all in the cab of the operator's area. Snakes can be on those branches. This isn't the equipment to be doing a job like this.

This was a fun time to be sure! I will have to make another trip when I have some more attachments!

@@orion3267 That would be a hoot to try out!
Another great video. I love the way Deb narrates the videos 📹awesome job guys
Thanks for the kind words. Deb is the more animated of the two of us! Thanks for watching. B&D

That thing is awesome. If I had more land to take care of I would definitely have the Ventrac. Thanks for showing the demo.
It really is a great machine if you have enough work to keep it busy! Thanks for watching.
A commercial brush cutter is cutting brush efficiently.
Lady: “That’s iNsAnE!” 🤦♂️🤣🤣😂

Found this channel yesterday because I was looking for homestead/barndo ideas. But I do enjoy Deb. You're a cute lady!
Thanks for watching....she has her moments! Brad&Deb
The Ventrac is an amazing little machine, I think we will see one on the Piney Grove Homestead in the near future 😉🙂🙋🏼♂️👍🏻
Brad from Copper Creeks says he's coming back, but he might change his mind when he watches this video! 🤣 Thanks for watching, Luc. 👍👌

They are not cheap! We don't have enough land to justify one! Thanks for watching.

Those machines are so impressive. I would love to have one. This has been a fun series to watch.

I tried that a little, but it was tight in between those pines. With more practice, it would be easier, I'm sure.
for better results on tall brushy vegetation lift your deck prior to attacking the material then drop the deck down on the material
Good grief!!! That Ventrac is a tank! That was super impressive. Unbelievable
Brad wanted me to give it a good test, so I told him I had some thick stuff....and you see the rest!! Fun times! Fun times!
I am nervous for your canopy.
It should do it for the price. They are not cheap.
You are right about that....but they aren't really made for the thick stuff I put it in that day.
Tuff Cut Did it!!!
It certainly did. Thanks for watching.

Calfire needs these for their wild fires!
Very versatile machines! Thanks for watching.
Might want to seeif Upstate Brush control will let you do some of that with the Fecon and skidsteer!

It made short order of all those Privets- I bet your never giving that back to Brad
We had it chewing up whatever we could get to. It was kinda sad watching it leave the property! Thanks for watching. B&D

That's Abuse....Never was meant to be a Brush Cutter....
The Tough Cut is SPECIFICALLY a brush cutter. Good lord man! Do a little research. Jeez!🤪🤦♂️
