If you can't read the BIOS when it is on the motherboard then check the 3.3V coming from the CH341A programmer. The 3.3 V regulator might be weak. Perhaps it can only deliver 100mA. If other components on the motherboard draw current then the voltage might drop. So if you notice the voltage being low, perhaps below 2.8 V, then supply external 3.3 V to the CH341A after the regulator.

Clip didn't work on 95% motherboards. We must have to remove EPROM ic
