Made this dish today..Trust me the outcome was amazing beyond my expectations. I made little changes used few droos rose essence, elaichi powder and garnished with finely diced almonds and dates to substitute cashews and pistachios as I did not have it and topped with with dry rose petals and saffron. The outcome was royal. Thank you for the recipe.

Made this today..the outcome is outstanding...We may haven't taste the Amrit..but we can definitely taste this instead of that.. btw I'm putting the measurements below with some changes
Milk- 1.5 L
Chana- 400 gm
Misri- 250 gm..Use any sweetner in your preferred quantity..I used misri coz it helps to make the milk thickened
Powder milk- 1 pack of rs 10
Kaju, kismis and dates in your preferable amount..but please remember to add the kismis and dates at last after turning of the flame.
A pinch of kesar for colour..you can totally ignore it as it's totally optional..
Can also optionally use mawa or khoa in a little amount like 50 gms for better texture
3 elaichi slitted
And remember to make it in a big amount or else you ain't gonna have any.. Serve chilled to any guest and you'll become the Chef superstar ✨
