Make the police work for their money and get a search warrant if they have probable cause. Even if you are innocent, do not speak to the police because your words can be misconstrued, even by ethical police and especially by unethical police. If you say the words, "I want an attorney," LE is supposed to walk away, but you have to use those words and don't be wishy washy when you say it. I wonder if the police visited the McAlberts when they threatened Turtleboy outside of the restaurant?
