  • Mutton Keema Recipe (Pressure Cooker Method)
    Ingredients:
    For Pressure Cooker:
    1 kg Mutton Keema (minced mutton)
    1 Tomato, sliced
    1 Onion, sliced
    5-6 Green Chillies, chopped
    1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
    2 tbsp Coriander Powder
    1 tsp Garam Masala
    1 tbsp Salt
    1 tsp Turmeric Powder
    Mustard Oil
    Optional:
    3 Potatoes, cut into small pieces
    1 cup Peas
    For Tempering:
    3 tbsp Oil
    1 Onion, sliced
    Curry Leaves
    Coriander Leaves for garnish
    Instructions:
    Step 1: Pressure Cooker
    1. Mix mutton keema, tomato, onion, green chillies, red chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, and turmeric powder.
    2. Add mustard oil and mix well.
    3. Close pressure cooker lid and cook for 3 whistles.
    4. Add potatoes and peas (if using) and cook for another 2 whistles.
    5. Check if meat is cooked through.
    Step 2: Tempering
    1. Heat oil in a pan.
    2. Sauté sliced onion until brown.
    3. Add curry leaves.
    4. Add cooked keema mixture and simmer.
    5. Season with salt to taste.
    Garnish:
    Coriander leaves
    Tips & Variations:
    Adjust spice level to taste.
    Use lamb or beef keema for a different flavor.
    Add other vegetables like carrots or bell peppers.
    Serve with roti, naan, or rice.
