Outstanding work on this model! As someone who's currently working on one bringing it back from the dead I can say your attention to detail is incredible. You even added the radiator support bracket with the hole for the hose! I'm very familiar with this as mine had rusted apart and I had to rebuild it. Excellent work!
Truly wonderful work. I particularly like the door cards and engine bay. I used to have a DS Athena and loved it. I looked to buy the kit but it’s very expensive with best items in Japan. Thank you for sharing this. Take care, Rob UK
very good professional model making i like all your work that you do you must be proud of your self what you can do on youtube. thanks your youtube friend kenneth keep up the good work.
Break bias booster aka hydrolic selector is what they called it was amazing work making that from scratch wow I wouldn't have even thought about making that or even knowing how to make it even if I wanted to cuse that takes skill and talent and craftsmanship amazing work man
That was the most relaxing 18 minutes I've had this week! I love how you can visualise making complex parts out of such simple pieces of plastic and metal! Lovely paintwork too - can I ask what paint you used and did you clearcoat it, as it has a great shine! Thank you for sharing your work, Keith
great pro builder, fantastic work on details .great paint job, you are painting with automotive lacquers paint right?? . I am a pro builder too, working right now on several pochers models and I'm tired to see very bad paint jobs on car models. kudos for your work...
Thanks so high praise. I used a lacquer paint exclusively for plastic models. If it is not a plastic model paint such as a real car paint, the strong thinner component will melt the surface of the plastic model.
What a terrific work BRAVO. But the designer made so many mistakes. Exhaust pipe is wrong, and there is mix betweem old generation and new generation of the DS engine. New engine, but old brakes, old front, new air filter. A mix between the 2 generation...But still looks superbe BRAVO.
I find your body paint to be so consistently amazing and impeccable but as relatively new to the business I don´t understand how you do it. It seems to me that you don´t use clear coat before polishing. Is that even possible without cutting through the paint on ridges and such?
It would be helpful to others if the builder would identify some of his materials in the video. For example, I have no idea what was used for the air supply duct.
@@A4Garage I had two of these in the late 70s, one was a Pallas - the luxury version. Absolute lovely cars. But anyway, your work is highly appreciated. I puts tears of joy in my eyes.
The opening music under this video somehow enhances the sheer, timeless elegance of this beautiful goddess...
Thanks!
@@A4Garage it's my pleasure. Thank you for your amazing video's!

Again one of my favourite cars of all time, a design classic
Wow...the highest level of detail!
Some say this car drove off the lot at his home, all we know is, he's a master of his craft.
This is some next level model making. Amazing work. I would have given up scoring lines.

Wow. This is the highest praise. Thank you very much.
Amazing skill and patience
passionnant et terrifiant a la foi
Amazing level of detail on that engine bay. What is the metal which you use on the battery?
Thank you. An aluminum plate(0.1mm) and insect pins were used for the battery.
@@A4Garage very neat! Thank you.

Thanks for the good word, I used Mr.color super clear3 for clear paint. Then I finished with a compound, which is the usual method for shine.
Really… I tried cutting up the door and hood of my M5. Ended up sealing them back and quietly assemble as per instructions. You have magic hands bro…
Thank you so much. Please try again!!

The last guy this intimate with the Cit Ds21, was the guy designing her.
Complimenti

The blue is a great color on that car. What brand and colors did you use on the body and roof. Thanks.
Thank you. Body color is a mixed color. The loop color is MR hobby's off white.
Hello, superb paint, what is the brand and reference of the body paint? Thanks
I use Mr. Color and Tamiya's paint.
저는 kit에 포함된 것도 제대로 조립을 못하는데... ㅠㅠ 님 손재주 정말 경이롭습니다.
좋게 봐주셔서 감사합니다~^^
Classic nice 👍
Thank you.
Noob question: how do you know what the engine bay should look like, do you have a real world example??
(Fantastic work btw!!)
All information was found through an internet search.

Oh really. I referred to the photo materials of DS21 PALLAS. Thanks.
was there liquid in the windscreen washer bottle ?
No, it's just painted.

I will take note. Thanks.
There are literally not enough superlatives for this build.
Thanks a lot!
Helo! Hey mr ...do you have a link or some words where i can buy a toy like this?
Search CITROEN DS 21 1/24 EBBRO.
@@A4Garage thank you so much😀
I am missing the hole above the spark plug of cylinder 4. But this is complaining on a level which is unbelievable.
Thank you. There are some mistakes because I don't have enough information about the actual car.
