@@trueview3127New to the channel - subscribed. I have figure out this camera set up you have. So freaking cool! I drive some amazing roads with beautiful scenery but my Go Pro just doesn’t do it justice. You know a spot is gorgeous when you come out of a corner into a view of the valley and your radio chirps “Wow” from one of the guys behind you. A friend in my spirited driving group sent me the YT link. We are planning our Fall outing to SW Wisconsin. Last trip it was three Mini Cooper S R53’s, a Honda S2000 and a BRZ. Just a blast and the guys I go with are in it purely for the drive not a competition… another friend who I have gone with in the past is competitive and it’s annoying. He drives crazy enough for us BOTH to get pulled over. He has some crazy 600HP AMG and wants to go… no thanks. Great video.
Thanks for the great comment and glad you found us. Regarding the GoPro - it’s been a struggle to find the right setup. In the latest videos we have super clamps on the cross braces - stabilization off - GP Log - EV -1 - with a GoPro Labs exposure meter in the upper left of the field of view to compensate for the lighting outside the car vs the entire scene. I use linear 4k, 5500k, 30 fps. I record sound externally and synch in post. The secret sauce is in post with the color grade. Anyway - you get the point.
Zoom H1N with a wired stereo mic ran to the back of the car. Tape the cables down well - put the mic in a wind protector - set the attenuation- and you are good to go.
Great videos. Check one of my 360 videos. I did a fixed frame and I might have to try this on my next drive. Let me know if you want to meet up and drive together some time!

Cool - first try - seems that RUclips is a little low with the resolution settings so hopefully you set it to where you can see ok!
Good advice to set the resolution to the highest and on a computer to zoom out in full screen mode! Nice to see the cars ahead and behind. Great road!
