Yes the composer was Giuseppe Donizetti Pasha and he came from the napoleonic military band as I know and went to Constantinople to the Ottoman Empire. Somehow it is used in sweden now, I have no Idea why. Late during the Time of Sultan Vahidettin, it was Used again. I have the Ottoman Military Band sheet notes of this march in my archive.
