Ashley would lose it even in the battle of spirituality. I dislike tarot card "psychics" because a giant chunk of them are legit fake. Also because they only speak to rando spirits or demons. So by pretending to be literally crazy and drinking her own koolaid she's actually defending herself against defamation.
Note that's *only* defamation, she could still get fucked over other stuff and in all honesty since her defense is literally "it came to me in a dream" I'm not even sure if that will be enough to protect her from defamation.

This is clinical Narcissism: You might think she's just sticking to her guns to try to avoid paying the settlement/legal fees, but she isn't even mentally capable of realizing, let alone accepting, she made a mistake. In her mind she is always right and she just needs to make the rest of the world understand.

Exactly, my mom is diagnosed NPD and her brain comes up with the weirdest connections to make situations about herself, she experiences the world as her action > reaction. Everything happens because of or to her, and if she is proven incorrect she has an ego break, dissociates and is mentally not capable of understanding how she's wrong so her brain supplies her with more wacko plotlines to prove she's right. This chick will never admit she's wrong because she buys her own bs.

I am so confused as to Ashley's entitlement and brazenness as to even start this whole thing, much less keep persistently and insistently accuse a random, innocent woman of conspiring to do this. I cannot imagine the distress and pain Ashley has caused this poor teacher. I am in astonishment on how Ashley keeps digging the hole, that she put herself in, deeper and deeper. Every update she gives keeps making me more concerned for the future of the human race if someone is that entitled and ignorant of what is right, and to the law in general. I seriously worry for Ashley's sanity, if she has any to begin with.
