FYI MagLev stands for Magnetic Levitation wherein the core of the cube uses two magnets repelling each other as an alternative to using springs in the screws. This is very beneficial to make the cube have less friction and a faster momentum. Therefore, the downside to MagLev is losing control, and that is why cubing companies like X-Man Design incorporated into putting corner-to-core magnets or the corner stalks have magnets that will magnetize to the core to have that "click" feeling to stabilize the cube as a whole. Hope this helps ^w^!
Wow, this totally does. I have been experimenting and figuring out what the Mag Lev does, but now I have a good explanation to look back to. Will for sure reference you in my full review!
