I love this, to me it represents those brief moments when we zone out of a conversation which quickly leads to thoughts of self awareness, vulnerability, and brief existentialism all in a fleeting second until we snap back into the present
Oh..my...god. You are freaking phenomenal and a creative genius. I loved your first video with her but this is on another level. Gave me chills. You both are so talented. Thank you for this!
This film is a masterpiece. What a beautiful concept that uses abstraction to enhance it. Watched it over 5 times in a row now. Amazing work, keep it up.
SO ridiculously good.. I happened upon you while looking up cinematic 1DX Mark II vids. (The Savannah Joeckel video... Which has all but sold me on it:) I'm doing a feature next winter and I've been looking into the FS7 as well, but love how rich the image on the 1DX2 is. (and of course can't afford an Alexa Mini.) Would love to know your thoughts regarding the two - in terms of preferred image? I always like to hear perspective from the one's who use them so effectively. Great work all across the board, man!
I've actually shot a wedding using both the FS7 & 1DXII; they are both obviously very good. I feel the 1DX produces a much crisper image but the FS7 has much more dynamic range/latitude. The 1dXII lacks any sort of LOG recording format, so a lot of your looks will be baked in. If I were shooting a feature, I might look into the FS7.
I USE JAMES MILLER CLOG - I SOLD MY FS7 FOR THE AMAZING 1DX2 - WITH THE CLOG AND 4k THE IMAGE IS SO GOOD AND THE COLOR IS AMAZING - THE SKIN TONE IS SO MUCH BETTER AND THE CAMERA IS LIGHTER AND SMALLER GREAT FOR GIMBLE LIKE THE TILTA G2x NO 10 BIT BUT EVEN THEN THE COLOR OF CANON IS BETTER
We put together a compilation of space/galaxy assets and grouped them by color, so we could display specific moods depending on which emotion we were trying to convey!
i just have one query with experimental short films..... not particularly this one. There seems to be an obsession with goo and other related viscosities. was the point lost in experimentation? Excellent production though.
Hey Robert, I’ve been following your work, and I’m really struck by your unique and compelling filmmaking style. Your videos resonate with me on a personal level. I’m a composer and would love to collaborate if you ever need original music for any of your projects. Feel free to reach out! Best, Taylor
Experimental films doesn't have rules, so I'd say it is. You have no right to choose ever if it is or not an experimental film, it is in its own way. We're you expecting some David Lynch shit? Then watch David Lynch, experimental films doesn't have go on one rule or style
I love this, to me it represents those brief moments when we zone out of a conversation which quickly leads to thoughts of self awareness, vulnerability, and brief existentialism all in a fleeting second until we snap back into the present
Im sure it's about that feeling. Very good.
Is that what you got from this? I just thought, as a typical Englishman, that it reminded me of being off my nut on cocaine
bro, these shots...awesome! Eyeline, unity of set textures and color, sound, 10/10. Thank you for the inspiration!
So creative and inspiring on so many levels. Great work!
Chills run down my spine. This is so inspirational and brilliantly executed.

Very beautiful and seamless scenes of being human. the shots and colors are amazing.
Robert, this is my favourite channel now. Thanks for sharing!

I would see it as spontaneous creativity inner appearance... at least that how it works for me. BRAVO!

What did you guys project onto her? It’s pretty cool looking!

chills!!!
good work. i also liked the music
wonderful!!!!!
DOPE!!!
What is the video about? I did not understand it.
Hello Robert,
this looks great.
If I'm not wrong this short film is something to do with being introvert?
Is that correct?
Really well executed, well done! Who's the actress though? She's not credited (unless I missed it).
Hey Haydn, I think she's Savanah Joeckel...
Always, Moses...
look amazing
nice work!
You find a lightness in your darkness.i like to be dark usally
Could you tell me how you achieved the lighting affects? They're incredible. I would love to do something like that
I think they used a projector
Your videos are inspiring me to learn more! I still don't have expensive cameras that shoots hd on high fps but more importantly, I'm learning!
That's great to hear! Learning is your best tool. That way you'll be able to pick up any camera, regardless of brand, and make spectacular imagery.
Puedo usarlo para subir mi canción con ese vídeo?
Les doy los créditos y los etiqueto!!
Saludos desde México
Arte real
Amazing
awesome
What does it mean???
i just have one query with experimental short films..... not particularly this one. There seems to be an obsession with goo and other related viscosities. was the point lost in experimentation?
Excellent production though.
What exactly is the artist trying to convey? It’s a beautiful video but I’m trying to understand if there’s a reason for the specific colors and tone.
WHAT SHAMPOO ARE YOU SELLING
It's interesting how she never uses hand gestures leading the viewer to look at her expressions and how she feels.
the male gaze, snore

Dat transition tho
me when im high
Muito top
This is no experimentalfilm, camera and edit its working like a commercial
This actress gives me Florence Pugh vibes
This looks like a DPs beauty shot reel. Nothing remotely experimental.

@@santiagosuarez3584hell yea man, I have the right to say The Avengers is experimental, and you totally wouldn't freak out
Your page sucks. Keep that in mind when you try and shit on someone else’s work.
@RugbyPass81 Sure, I've seen a ton better, it doesn't mean it's still not experimental
Amazing
