The intro's colors are actually inversed, that's why the line is now turqoise rather then hot pink and the logo's colors are all also reversed. Because "flipping" happens, now the girls revolve around a more lit up scene, the clock now notifying of 12 pm rather than am. Those are really the things that came to my mind 🤔
And Hyeju is the different one because her color doesn't invert.

i think its cool how they still use the inverted color in the music video. haseul (green) views telescope, flips to kim lip (red)
choerry center screentime (purple), flips to hyunjin (yellow) right after; yeojin (orange) screentime, flips to jinsoul (blue) also in the choreography, jinsoul and yeojin are the only ones standing at opposite ends, another mirroring

I noticed that your comments sound more "spontaneous" now, and I'm all here for it. One thing that I also noticed is that Heejin is sitting next to Olivia Hye, and 1st and last members together; just like Gowon sitting next to Yeojin, Gowon being the X in YYXY and Yeojin being the / in LOONA 1/3. Maybe their placements have some meaning?
They all kinda making the 15 tho like mathematically yeojin 4 + gowon 11, yves 9 + kim lip 6, chuu 10 + vivi 5, jinsoul 7 + choerry 8, and then haseul 3 + hyunjin 2 making 5 and heejin 1 + olivia 12 making 13 😕
But I saw someone said olivia X and heejin 0 and then having haseul + hyunjin, so 10+0+3+2=15

ViVi also said the hand motion part of the choreo is flipping an hourglass (on Weekly Idol). Also the spot where the train is IS the Harry Potter train, someone confirmed that on Reddit.

and the flowers and plants on the purple room are resembles the GoWon-ViVi set up in STAR MV.
i perceived the magic loli to be representative of the cherry in 'love cherry motion' since it transports cheorry to different dimensions, and since the loli itself is purple! also cheorry dropping the candy off of the counter was reminiscent of when she dropped the apple to yves in 'new'!
11:55 if I am not seeing it wrong, Yves is running to Haseul AND Olivia Hye... interesting.
12:09 with this line, Yves is leading them just like she led Chuu and Gowon while escaping from Eden. But again, if I am not seeing it wrong, Olivia Hye is right behind her in the line. Also ViVi is on the very end of the line, being Yves' reversed order
Seeing these little Olivia Hye and Yves moments in LOONAVERSE lore made me really happy. It was already given that Heejin and Olivia Hye are connected and it was a nice touch that in the end it was Heejin who felt her more connected with the group.
Now I am emotional. I really like this comeback and the fresh, etheral and happy vibes it has 💖💖💖

this might be a reach BUT what if they chose a lollipop to be the focus of the mv because it looks like a half of an infinity sign. when you put two lollipops together side by side it looks like an infinity sign and notice how the first girl and the last girl were the only ones that interacted with the lollipop-

You forgot some aspects:
1) the inverted colors of the LOONA logo at the beginning
2) how the music video has no description that may have some LOONAverse connections
Monochrome and rainbow, Two princesses with yellow in their colors- (Yeojin was courted by princes after all), two resurrected pinks (Haseul the Phoenix brings Chuu back to life, Vivi's rebirth as a robot/drained battery refilled/getting off the track and no longer needing battery), Hyunjin and Haseul yellow to green, Choerry and Jinsoul purple to blue, Two red leaders. The wolf and the rabbit. The frog and the butterfly. The Cat and the bird. Interesting that one is the other's prey?? Penguin and reindeer would be wintery but I don't think there's necessarily a link. Butterfly, frog. Bat and fish, Owl and swan. One that usually flies, one that usually swims. I don't think that's anything either, just interesting.
Honestly scraping crumbs to try and make connections but it's fun to think about anyway!!
2:03 is that a wisteria? if it is, it probably has significance based on the flower’s mythology/attributes since we know that flowers in the loonaverse normally do (olivia’s sweet pea in her & teaser)

4:38 i think these are unicorns from a mary go round, the one that close to ViVi defiantly has a pole.
4:47 that is gerberas, which are ViVi’s flower. Tassel on the memory keys are also light pink (also could be peach, hard to tell). And when they enter train again its walls are light pink.

i think the change between wagons and the outside shots are actually two different moments and you can trace a timeline through clothing. so princess dress - original wagon - restaurant wagon 819 - ? / checkered clothes - outside field - memory doors.

I think that flip that is just hyeju's dream (or maybe a collective dream too). The colors of this MV are too bright and the effect they produce give me the vibes of a lucid dream. What confirms my theory is the fact that the butterflies aren't real, they seem to be holograms...
i think it’s interesting because in Star/Voice, in the dance in the beginning they make a swaying motion. Which represents the moon stopped spinning. and here time freezes at 11:59 like it did in 12:00???

Okay guys listen to my theory. You know how if for example aliens look through a telescope right now and see the earth, they will see the dinosaurs in the past and not us, that is how light years work right? So when Haseul looks through the telescope she sees the group dancing in the past before the board the memory train. That is when Olivia finds the glowy lollipop and the when they are in the train, in the future, she tries to open it and all that. I don't know if this makes sense but I think the last dancing part was in the past and reminds me when they were dancing on the moon.

With the ending quote using 'free' I think of the end of the So What music video with the lyrics saying "I'm so bad" and text reading "free" appears on the screen. Not entirely sure what this means for the loonaverse but I thought I would just share that thought anyhow!
And I think that the butterflies throughout the music video are related to the butterflies Gowon released in the XIIX teaser!
What i think is the start of FREE is Why Not or end of So What since at the end of that MV the word Free is written and given importance since its the only thing on screen for a second

it’s ironic that Hyunjin and Olivia take up the lollipop because both of them were left behind in their own separate M/Vs respectively (WN? and Love4Eva)
sad you didn’t talk about the significance of butterflies, what with butterfly (the music video), their connection to gowon, and the SEVERAL shots of the girls holding flowers. if they flipped the world, maybe eating the flowers is how they escape the loop? much like eden girls with their fruits. notably, the clock moves forward when heejin and hye touch, something they never did at the end of egoist- a music video about how hye was abandoned. her representative emotion, anger, isn’t expressed here at all. she was never given a chance to grow resentful, which could be the real saving gowon needed to do with her butterflies (?)
