This the type of parkour free running i like to see because its practical unlike most videos where people do random flips and tricks for no reason. like its cool u can do all those tricks but they're unnecessary in a real life situation, they'd slow you down if you're chasing someone.

We took from the roof to the top about 30seconds just becuase we went down like a parcour guy xD anyway.. the police lost us once again

But on the other site for what wasting time to hunt guys who just want to have some fun by roofing or surfing trains ? Best example was 2 days ago: I was on the trainstation in my hood and just roofed it to the top to take a nice picture (about 30m Height) After i took the picture i already saw the police incomming!? (> i think someone saw it cuz it was in the central of my hood :D) So i took my shit and ran over the rails and hided behind a carport next to some houses. Suddenly i reallize a green light on my foot !? WTF I run behind that carport and jumped over 2 walls, after that i wanted to go back on the trainstation, over another way. I went that way and i saw that they parked their car with very bright shining lights to that way, so they can see everyone who's comming from there ._. After that i just ran thru a tunnel, where cars drive thru. The mood of this story is that they waste too much time and resources to hunt little criminals, who doesn't eaven Destoy something or Harm people.

When making large jumps, we swing our arms because it allows for us to control our center of gravity so we dont go spinning all over the show. You dont have to do it, though its recommended.
I'm in college for criminal justice right now. When I'm a cop I plan to offer a parkour class to my fellow officers. I think they will be more likely to accept it when it comes from within the force.
