What a beautiful compendium of grounding! I’ve used the ‘little finger grounding’ quite a bit when I’ve been walking before and haven’t noticed too much difference in my system but enjoyed it anyway just from a ‘bringing awareness’ stand point. However, doing it whilst standing still had an immediate and profound effect as I was able to fully focus on the changes in my body! I couldn’t agree more with the person who referred to Prune as ‘precious’ as that’s the perfect description of her for me too. Just seeing Prune or hearing her voice has an immediate grounding effect on me ❤🤗🥰
Pointing the pinkies down felt amazing.. I always wiggle my toes, but the heart tug also helps a lot. I didn't know it was called this way, or that it was helpful to ground. It just felt good, so I'm happy to learn my system is already doing its thing!
