very interesting podcast! I’m noticing I also started experiencing insomnia and backpain and anxiety symptoms at age 12. My neice started experiencing lyme symptoms around that age as well. I wonder what is happening on a neurological level at the age that makes it more conduicive for physical illnesses to pop up
