I did that tour in 1998 and: nothing seems to have changed. And you did forget to do a trip from Mole St. Nicolas via Bombardopolis, Baye de Henne and Anse Rouge to Gonaives. Another day trip. The lack of any sufficient infrastructure is the worst thing in Haiti. And nobody cares about there. And the people will cut the last trees for charcoal and when finished they will overcrowd the main cities as stranded squatters.
