Just bought mine last month and its become my staple phone case. If you are not iffy about the open bottom this is a good case. Super better than the silicon atleast
For its the opposite, i stay away from cases that don't have an open bottom. When it's open its feel more natural of a swipe to go home than when you have something there touching your finger each time your swipe.
As much as I thought I would loathe the open bottom - I’m digging the Beats iPhone pro max case after one week in. It’s a fingerprint monster but not a deal breaker for me
The Summit Stone looks better in person as there are little to no fingerprints shown when compared to the darker cases. The polycarbonate shell feels like the throwback to the iPhone 5C (which was a great feel in the hand). I like it but I've change cases like 3 times this week lol so we will see how long I keep this one on.
This was one of my day-one cases, and before it was delivered, I thought it would be one that I’d end up returning. I actually like it more than I thought I would. And you’re right, it’s not really slippery, it’s quite nice to hold. And I know I’m in the minority with this, but on some styles I actually like the cutout on the bottom…not all cases but some. Good video bro!
My bull strap minimalist case has the bottom open and I really like it better because it makes swiping from the bottom that much easier. I would probably like this beach case.
I have so many cases that I cycle through since I’m an accessory channel I test as many of them as I can. Lately I’ve been giving the Rebel flex, Caudabe sheath, and Rebel air a lot of run
I like the idea of Apple prioritizing which manufacturers they will work closely with, namely one brand that they own and it operates as a sister company, no less. While, the other, Otterbox, understands the assignment and properly covers every inch of the device, while implementing their approach (on the Lumen) to a new standardized feature of the iPhone 16. How did the official Apple cases manage to fuck this up?
I beg to differ. It’s smooth but it’s not overly slippery at all. On the other hand, clear cases are god awful! I returned mine too, for me I felt as though the phone was too easy to decouple. In my case it was a matter of form following function!
I alternate between those metal lens protectors with the adhesive on the back or individual protective lenses. The individual protective lenses, depending on the manufacturer, can be either a hit or miss when it comes to applying and removing them.
How slippery is this case? My favourite case was the clear case from Apple because it shows the beauty of the phone. But they were too slippery and noisy on my desk or in the car. So I changed to leather or silicone cases.
I not really understand the reasons why Apple comes up with Beats cases. The only one could be the experience with the FineWoven (which I liked!). If this one goes down, it will be not connected to Apple directly. The Silicone Case is the better choice for me. All covered, soft fabric inside on the edges, no fingerprints, no MagSafe logo on the backside, more grip and … exactly the same weight of 35g. Apple could just paint-coat its Clear Case inside and call it the Apple Blue/Red/Orange Case.
Ordered another case. Shouldn’t have gotten this case. Slippery, open bottom (that also makes it uncomfortable to hold when you rest your finger at the bottom to prop it up when you’re supporting it) and yes, fingerprint magnet. Blech. Waste of money.
Hey Brian, my name is Johnny and I'm a freelance logo designer, would you love to have a new logo, custom membership badges, wallpaper and app icons packs and any kind of artworks to help scale up your branding and business opportunities? Let me know if you interested and I would love to craft something for you! :-)
@@Brians_tech fair enough, buddy! I literally have no reason to believe a word of what apple says as an owner of the case. There is literally no indication of different types of shell material being fused together. TPU is a hell of a lot more flexible than silicone and the sides are way to stiff for this claim to be true

So far I love this case. The stone shows no fingerprints and feels great. Blew away my expectations.
The open bottom is such a deal breaker for me
for me is mandatory

@@Scott_Miller what if I told you that Phone Rebel cases have a bottom, but don’t have that problem you’re describing… I need a bottom for protection.
Been using the Riptide Blue since day 1 and so far it never disappoints. Love this case 😊

I've had the stone case. So good!

The loose bottom corners is to allow for the phone to be removed from the case much more easily.
i got the blue beats case for my iphone 16 pro max natural titanium
Not a fan of the open bottom and it’s a fingerprint magnet. Thanks for your review as always 😊
I love my beat case it’s awesome

I am with you. For me it is the best case I ever used. Feels great in hand and does not degrade / scratch up / discolor like any other case.
Great video …. What is your main case daily ? This one looks great …

I bet Dre is like,'' Damn we making cases now?'' haha. Great Review B as always!❤
This case has no grip at all. I returned it as it is just too slippery especially after you wash your hand

Is anyone doing anything specific for camera lens protection? Uncomfortable having mine feel so vulnerable

I just want to ask if I need to use magsafe charger if I bought that beats clear magsafe or can I used the normal charger of my iphone?
Yes

If you watch the video, I talk about it.
I’ve owned both, they’re equally slippery. As in, yes, slippery.
I prefer the stone
It doesn't have air pockets so it has no drop protection.

I bought this case and returned it. It’s too slippery and it doesnt cover the bttm of the phone. It’s not worth $50 😂😂😂
I got mine suppoer nice
Ever since I got a MagBak for my 15 Pro Max I won’t ever get any other case.
Oh no that opening in the bottom is a BIG NO, NEXT!
It’s not tpu on the sides 🤦♂️ the case is made entirely of polycarbonate, albeit there is a inner fabric lining
It literally says on Apple’s website that the sides are TPU…

Wait beats making cases now.... bruh😂😂. Watching for the honest review
That’s what I said at first 😂
Beats it is an Apple subsidiary so it makes some sense I guess idk
🎉

I saw your comment the first time. I'm good, thanks.
Yep loose corners, fingerprints galore, scratches 🤮 hell nah cuuh, hard pass
They say it’s scratch resistant. I haven’t had any scratches, but to each their own.
When you gonna clean that dirty ass desk
😂😂
Didn’t Apple buy beats
Yep
Open bottom lazy design no chance buying this
The beats case is just utterly trash... Just like their other stuff. Hard plastic case...
