Spring Valley 1,058,340 Points - NiGHTS into Dreams (Saturn)

The 1 million barrier on the Sega Saturn version of Spring Valley has finally been broken! Thanks to an extra 7K points from the infinite link on Mare 1 and the insane amount of dreamies on Mare 3, these strategies combined were able to surpass my goal of 1050K points.

There was some weird stuff going on there around 5:49. Bug/Exploit? Amazing score!

A well known trick/exploit is that you can end the air trick moves preemptively by colliding with the ceiling/ground letting you input a new one instantly. As a result you just kinda rub across the wall and rack up a ton of points very quickly using a trick ring. The few laps you can use one leads towards the highest scoring ones outside of laps you can get a continuous chain on for 100+ bonus.

Amazing playing man! I was trying to get high score on mare 3 for HD version too, but when I touching ground or ceilling to push L or R I can't get so much score like you, may I ask for some technique
s about how to get high score in mare 3' s acrobatics ribbon?

Thanks! The best way to get lots of dreamies is to mash L and R fast and rhythmically, and also hug the wall/ceiling while you do it. The HD version is a lot different, but I'm sure it'll still work the same :)

@@ElectricStriker777 yeah, I always sliding to opposite direction while hug the wall in HD version, this might the main reason that I can't make more dreamies, thank for your helping! : )
