Batana, no N before the T. I love this oil. I just apply it and use my scalp massager to do the massage. I also use it on my ends just to make sure they don’t tangle while my hair’s braided. I use it on my edges to thicken them up. Works wonders.

Nope they are not the same. Palm oil has a more yellowish color and bantan is more brownish. It may be made from the same thing but different part or recipe to achieve different thing.
Batana oil is palm kernel oil. It is made from the kernel of the red palm fruit. Palm oil is made from the fleshy part and Batana oil from the kernel. That is the difference. It can be cold pressed and you get a lighter colour or roasted and you have a darker oil.
