Great video showcasing all illusions as they still don’t let you inspect what they would look like in game… but I can’t be the only one who’s more focused on your barbs cosmetics as the\at barb kinds looks cool😂
if you dismount from mount by using attack or whaterver, the holy vorpal will disappear.. but if you dismount using the mount key again, the illusion will not disappear.. its not convenient but i had to get used to do that so i dont need to re equip the illusion.
The old "Knight of the Feywild Supplies" pack doesn't give an illusion and instead gives a Rank 7 Loamweave Enchantment, same with the Reclaim tab at the Reward Claims Agent, which cannot be turned in for an illusion (and also cannot be upgraded). I reported this and they told me the Loamweave Illusion doesn't exist... can more people report this please so it gets fixed. I miss using this illusion on my alt characters. Thank you. Edit: Also the "Neverwinter's Champion of the North Supplies" pack doesn't give the Brilliant Energy illusion anymore either, maybe that should be fixed too.
I noticed that my Divine Vorpal (weapon) and Eclipse (armor) illusions at Vaer in Wildspace are more brighter. The Eclipse aura is more visible. You should check it out. Thanks for the showcase.
In that zone all the effects look naff you should do it in a daylight zone they all look much better especially the blood one, shame you chose that zone to showcase them the sky makes them look dark n dull, good vid though sir
Is there a way to get either Glorious or Brilliant another way after you choose one of them from the Battlepass box? I chose Brilliant but also want Glorious.
I think Divine Vorpal is bugged in more than one way. It needs to be unequipped sometimes and I think it lost its glowing sphere like how Holy has one. Why would they remove the sphere from Divine which was suppose to be the ‘upgraded’ version of Holy. The icon even shows the halo sphere glow for both but Divine suddenly lost it? I know the preview article shows it without, but there’s some documented instances of it having it on the forums and it did randomly lose it and gain it back throughout its release
Hey Aragorn, love your videoes. Could you do a video on healer debuff builds as i know alot of gear can do this and think there could be some really viable options to bland healer. Many thanks
Shame they made it just a visual thing with the effects compressed and combined into the shadows of it former variance, given their original cost both in-game and in RL currency for those that paid for their enchantments - all that effort to get ones enchants maxed out for their weapons armours and other gear, then the subsequent letdown of the Enchantment disemboweling and its knock-on effects. Wish they'd executed the change to enchantments better like exchanging the Anniversary Enchants, but it was probably intended as a resource sink or something - the Devs use metrics the wrong way to enforce some arbitrary "balance" that's based on how the PC denizens have adapted to the world-rules and mechanics of the last "rebalance", which will always be reactionary, once the trend is started. If they just went with the rock paper scissors method constantly having to 1-up the last mod wouldn't exactly be necessary in the case of escalating IL scores that invalidate perfectly viable gear sets as the march of Mods goes on. And the Strongholds could easily server the purpose of resource sink as that seems that's all they're good for now, for max level characters anyway as most of the gear is outshined by any and all Mods released since Strongholds - they've not even bothered to maintain its item tables and such. But it would have helped to give more purpose to Strongholds in the interim of the long awaited updates it's not gotten to at least have kept that part of it maintained. But the promised love for Strongholds is still awaiting true-love's kiss from Development to awaken to its true potential. As the sole resident of mine, it serves an RP aspect for my character, but the costs to do anything no that the guild it served is defunct is so astronomical and doesn't scale based on the active guild size (probably a good thing in retrospect else they'd evict me and I'd lose the years worth my singular efforts, so I'll fly under the radar for the time being ^_^). But the story's the same, development and promises of it shelved\\archived in favor of changes that were not asked for, promised or expected. Going on new adventures with Spelljammer was all good and dandy, but they had work to do, expectations and the like vs. new stuff that could wait with no loss that would have enriched the UX of the game that much more, it would also have just as much if not more effect on retention because it's like politicians making campaign promises and all that that implies. Having committed to updating Stronghold in a positive direction would have been the start of seeing it as a campaign promise kept, instead of, at best, its inverse and at worst its contra. Anyway, that floating armour looks wicked though! But yeah, some of the appearances of the illusions like Eclipse looked like the name wasn't the correct choice for it and or others had the expected effect and should have been swapped. Some were underwhelming or easily made less awesome by the lighting not playing well with it, but that may have been more situational than not. I know that some of the effects were retained in the new gems being slotted appropriately, but it was basically compressing the variety of options down, like the level 80 to 20 squash did, and the knock-on effects therein, and just as poorly thought out and executed. Had the execution been better, we likely could forgive the lack of forethought, as long as it wasn't repeated too often each rebalance. Great video thought! But I ain't one to gossip... .
Your brightness is overpowered... :D and U used dyes...so all illusions a bit different. Try it with default dye settings and with less brightness for the real.
@@Aragon- Yes, but the colours often have weird names, like "Cloudy Skies" or something. I think that's a silvery white. But I think there is a plain "White" colour. I use them for Fashion, mostly, but the old Dragonborn fashion has a leather and a plate mail set. And the writing on screen is very small for my ancient eyes! 🤭 Cheers! {:o:O:}

Thank you very much Aragon, I have always been looking for a video like this 😁😊
Thank you, this a more updated version from Rainer's video, good job.
yep. a bit.

I always enjoy to reequip the divine vorpal after dismounting.
Best feature. Will never be fixed.
same as the cloak of light, it makes your mount transparent. But the bug works in reverse to divine vorpal*
The missing halo sphere will never be fixed either
Terror does the same shit
We spend a lot of time looking at our characters. You are right, they should at least look good.
Rainer has a same video on youtube.

Love you Aragon !! 😘
What addon are you using to display this info?
Wish they would give us a slider to increase/decrease the effects. For me, I like the lightning, but would like to decrease the effect a touch.

First time trying out neverwinter. What is mod28? Is that something i need to install separately from nexus mods?
it's just the update version. Currently we are in module 29, soon we will get module 30. It's automatic, just an expansion to the game
Thanks for this video

ur missing the blocky square weapon illusion as well as the dark rainbow armor illusion.
edit: theyre illusion secrets, not seperate ones i guess.
How to get Armor Illusions
Thanks 😃
Do the armour illusions work when wearing fashion? I think they used to when the actual enchant was slotted.
{:o:O:}
yes they do

Did you dye your armour silver or white? I did a similar thing on a few of mine.

just white on my paladin. You can see it in the video

My combo is, dread/terror and soulforged or plague and shadowclad
в старых модулях когда иллюзий не было эффекты выглядели намного лучше
Awesome job, good thing you didn't use the wizard for the weapon illusions 😹 I sold all mine just coz I didn't like the way any of them looked
Look good play good
I still have zillions of these in the Bank. I should have sold them when people were still daft enough to pay several hundred kAD.
{:o:O:}
People still pay a lot for some of them so what are you talking about
How does one attain these without spending AD or Zen?
You don't attain them. Everything in the game costs ad or zen.
All my characters have a rank 7 Loamweave from some Class Pack or something. But I could never upgrade it, so no Illusion for me.
[:o:O:}
you should be able to claim that pack again from the reclaim agent and get the loamweave illusion instead of the enchant
@@Aragon-
What, if I discard the Enchant first?
Cheers!

those packs should be infinite reclaim
