So many comments about the Umbrella. We do not know if it is way priced because of no reason or if it was really high priced because they were foreigners. What Siargao needs to implement is transparent pricing, where prices are shown in signs or cards. Think about Baguio market. Prices are shown. Also why so many people are comparing umbrella prices in Manila? Siargao is a small island and not a metropolis.
Yes we compare it because i am as an ordinary person can not buy that expensive umbrella. DTI should check all these shops who are overpricing and taking advantage of foreigners or tourists. Prices of all commodities should be equal to all regardless of who you are locals or foreigners. It is not about whether you are small island or metropolis,maybe you can increase the amount a little bit like 10 or 20 pesos but to make it more than double is un acceptable,and correct, there should be a transparancy in your shops display all your prices so customer can see it and decide by themeselves, not just think of whatever price you want to tell your customer.
Filipinos are hospitable and friendly. I love the culture. Nothing on earth has this kind of culture in general.

I Fell ashamed of rhe prices of the filipino selling stuff there selling it to much expensive and while in Thailand everything is cheap which made tourist enjoy. I took a taxi cab ride once and talked to the cabbie driver in English and he charged me more in cab fare (thinking I was a rich kid), but then again I talked to him in Tagalog and he charged me less. Yes, there are Filipinos who charged more money to Filipinos that talked in English

All of you ladies are amazingly beautiful and Barbie too. That’s so nice to bump into her and see her sell ice cream at the bridge only to come back at her actual store for the finale. Very impressive Siargao is. I’ve been to Gen. Luna in 2022 and it was an abundance of shops & restaurants but also the night life has that island vibe about it and plenty of tourists. Siargao Island has this magical vibe that I totally left all my worries behind but when I had to go back to Manila I truly wanted to stay longer but I’ll always comeback again and again. There’s something about this island that’s caught my attention

Kuya Ang Mahal nmn ng presyo ng payong mo, nakakadismaya, imbes lumapit at dumami pa Ang turista dyan sainyo parang mangingimi at atubling pumunta dyan sa Siargao, dolyarang presyo ng payong mo...dito sa amin sa Albay mga P150 lng ang maximum na presyo nyan. Wag nmn po ganyan ang e sobra pa sa triple ung presyo mo ah.

As for the foreigners or tourists, try to search or canvas the price of any commodities before you buy. You can either find the real or fair price Online or ask someone from the locals.

soak it with warm water mix with baking soda and vinegar to kill the fungus {infection or called it fungos} thats the reason why i dont do my nails or pedicure anymore due to uncleanliness.
