Can you do a video on voluntary disclosure in terms of a compensation/injury case. Is this a delay tactic? An example an injury cases 6 years on looking for voluntary disclosure of medical file 5 years prior to the incident.

What is your obligation as a solicitor if your client decided that the bank survey is enough they will not carry out any structural survey of the property?
All we can do is advise the client. It is up to the client to act on that advice or ignore it.
What about buying land and building is that a difficult process
You will need to buy a site with planning permission.
