Because Ubisoft was never part of my childhood, do not own emotional tides even by a little bit, I’m amicable about them being the sacrificial lamb to drag the gaming community of this mire, surely seeing what happened to them, western studios will learn to make games we want right? Right!!!!!
They worked hard to earn the position they are in for years by going directly opposite to what the consumer wanted and very stupid decision. As an anno fan I hope the IP gets into good hands but aside from that I'm not feeling too badly about this. They have no value to the industry imo.
Of all the dates they could've chosen, it was on one of the most traumatic days in Japanese history. We've begged Ubisoft for years for an AC game set in Japan and they seem dedicated to fucking up at every crucial point. It's wild that Nioh did Yasuke better than Assassin's Creed.
I think if they release just dance 2026 on the Nintendo Wii just like the 2025 version I’m sure that will make them more than enough there going to be fine (there 100% done for)
@ they are going to go bankrupt. They need 4 different games to not only be successful. But they need the biggest one to make 1 billion minimum. Dropping in march is a great idea but asside from that its not looking promising
