Unripe bananas have a lot of resistant starches too. Just make sure it's starting to ripen or they are almost unpalletable.

I'm due to start taking Butyrate, Probiotics and Omega 3 to help with Leaky Gut and Dysbiosis, would adding in a Colostrum Powder be beneficial too as this contains both Lactoferrin and Serum Derived Immunoglobulins.

I wouldn't recommend adding another supplement, no. You could alternate between them however if you wished. Remember, as I say at the end of the video, you have to address the underlying issue that is causing the leaky gut in the first place. If you don't, you'll be forever supplementing 'leaky gut supplements'. I hope that makes sense?

Hi. But what about l glutamine? Dr Osborn says l glutamine build up in the IgA (secretion)
Why we should take Immunoglobulins in different puzzles, when we can use protein amino acids for creating? Thanks a lot.

Could sibo be the underlying cause, it seems that was the largest change prior to seemingly complete deterioration of the gutt.... working on it
    Thank you Alex!

Hi dawn. Yes SIBO can contribute to leaky gut and some research suggests about 50% of people with SIBO have leaky gut. So it’s a common association.
