      ⁠@@undagroundmane9117you aren’t listening. This exercise is specifically targeted for growing muscle. I’d really does work. And so do pull-ups. But way less people can do pull-ups than can do a pull around.

    The lats movement sounds legit however those who tried it have noticed how much you are limited in progression due to torque force trying to rotate your body

      I’ve started using the high row machine at my gym instead cuz it’s essentially the same movement but way more stable. I just put the seat down a little low to get a deeper stretch.

    Wish he would explain the lat exercise in more details. I tried it and not only do I not feel my lats at all, it feels more like a leg exercise because of how I’m trying to stay stable and not get pulled by the weight

      You can tear your muscle with just about any exercise, don't use weight you aren't capable of moving safely and make sure you warm up adequately
