    I so much admire doctors like you who are putting the diet and lifestyle message out there. I transformed my own health after a scary diagnosis of heart disease at 48 eleven years ago. At the time, the message from my doctors was just that I'd been unlucky. I was a slim non smoker with low blood pressure and ideal cholesterol. I had to do my own research into lifestyle: how a stressful but sedentary job, living on chocolate and coffee, getting very little natural light and taking no exercise had made me ill. After four years of completely changing all these factors I had achieved substantial reversal of my heart disease and my general physical and mental health were much better too. My cardiologist encouraged me when he saw results but I wish all doctors were educating patents into just how much difference they can make to their chronic disease. I think doctors underestimate the intelligence and motivation of their patients sometimes!

    Hi Doc, love your videos and subscribed to your channel since watching one you did with Dr.Campbell. Brilliant!!!
    This is just a suggestion but if you could possibly answer a few questions, not necessarily on this one, I think people would be more inclined to ask and you would get more followers. Hope you don't mind me giving my opinion. Thanks Doc.

    I agree that behavioral change is important but perhaps public health measures make the most difference to a population's health for example by having clean water and making it easier for people to follow these behavioral changes for example by making it easier for people to walk and cycle as a way to get about which not only makes them healthier but also reduces pollution which is linked to so many health issues including dementia and heart disease.
