Found out that I’m pregnant after IVF doc says my fertility is waning. Likely my last chance in life to conceive she says. A week later found out that my partner does not intend to stay sober and return to his alcoholism 😢 he misses drinking too much. the highs and lows. Devastated

I am so sorry for the challenges that may lie ahead because of your partners decision but after the surprise and sadness of their perspective settles in, you can get back to focusing on being the best mom to your miracle baby. Even if it seems like your vision for your perfect family isn't going according to plan, there are so many ways it can evolve into something wonderful. Many a child has had an alcoholic parent, myself included, but sometimes the challenges we have help us activate our superpowers. I do believe souls know what they are getting themselves into before they incarnate and still come willingly. I really love The Presence Process by Michael Brown.
