hey i love your video sm! I think being active is real important, actively ask for feedback, actively ask manager to praise your well-done job through the word of mouth ^^
btw you ends video with "ciao" or "chào". Chào is hello/goodbye in my language-Vietnamese

Hey nice Vid ! Often I don’t understand when people say NETWORKING Is the key to promotion. ( can anyone help from comments or address) I’m so confused.
    1) I have tired networking often times people are not interested to network. I’m no SME however whom to connect ?
    2) Everyone wants to network to management and if there no common ground to talk it’s difficult .
    3) I have worked way too hard however when it comes to promotion my partner asked me who I was ? Like I didn’t exists. And my junior was promoted I guess he played it well.

Just found your channel. I'm 1.5 years into tech implementation consulting at a big 4. EVERYTHING you say in this vid and others is true. Especially the networking, speaking up, and strategically refusing/accepting work that fits your goals. If you don't, others will RUN OVER you and pigeonhole you into doing shit work.
Everyone is out to own their own workstreams, after which they parse out the best work / exposure to the client and delegate away shit analyst tasks to whoever will take them. I'm still digging my way out of being on the shit end of seniors' 'delegation harem' (i.e. analysts they regularly shovel their shit onto).
I'm now being really strict and honest by countering that I'm available to do certain types of work and going above and beyond when I get it. In the end, you are your own company in consulting and you must do 'sales' for yourself. Once you are successful, you do 'sales' to clients.

Hey Kajol! Please share your thoughts and insights on "Storytelling". Not just for client presentations, but also when you converse with senior stakeholders as well as weaving one's own personal brand...

Hi Kajol! Loving this channel, it's extremely insightful. Thank you for your hardwork. Wondered if you could give some insight into getting consulting internships or opportunities from abroad . Even though I've been working towards becoming a management consultant the opportunities in my home country are very limited and almost non existent. Would be really grateful if you could give some tips on this :)

Hello Kajol, I really appreciate your work. The Content is super amazing and very informative. However, you seem to be inconsistent in the content post and Video editing. I know you're swamped with work and have busy days. So for these reasons, I want to be part of this journey and would like to assist you in all aspects of social media growth from editing to creativity. My experience will surely save days-hours of time and effort. Please let me know when you are available to discuss this.

Hi Kajol is a business management degree from a Russell group university respectable enough to go into consulting? I don't have A level maths so my options are limited.

Hi Kajol, I have a consulting question for you, so I will be a young college graduate, and I will have my bachelor's degree before I turn 19 years old. I want to be a consultant, do you think this will be an advantage or disadvantage?
