- Can of Wormholes Part 5 - cannibalism is hard work sometimes. I decided to hop back to the earlier worlds before I spoil any more of the late game mechanics. Don't worry, there's still a lot of mind blowing to come.

Admittedly, not too fond of the look of this game from the start, but with each video I feel I have to keep watching because I have a profound respect for whoever designed such astounding puzzles.
I feel like it just adds to the chaotic nature of the game
normally i don't like puzzle games but i do love seeing tyler's mind melt sometimes in ecstasy when he discovers more and more about the game
and the funny ass edits dan is doing is just the cherry on top!
Its not about the puzzles, its about Tyler trying to solve em 😂❤

You're the only creator that can make a game like this manageable to watch.
I'd recommend Real Civic Engineer, he has a very similar style and plays very similar games as Tyler (the two even had a Poly Bridge collab a couple years ago)
I'd also recommend Joe Plays Puzzle Games, Alex Diener, and Keith Ballard! They play lots of puzzle games

I think Tyler found an alternative solution to the level at 8:30. I solved it without unsocking the 3-length worm until the very last move, and it feels like mine was the intended solution.
Correct! This level has since been slightly updated and Tyler's solution will no longer work but yours will

Despite being a relatively smart guy, I'm terrible at puzzles like these. It's so impressive to see you work through these brain-twisting puzzles and hear your thought processes.
This is getting to the point of being confusing to watch, but you can't say no to worm eating worms :D

This game is definitely a top tier puzzle game. I'd like to know where it stands in Tyler's top of puzzle games

in my case this puzzle has 3 floor tiles on the left side of the ring, where the head of the player-worm starts so the gap between the island with the vertical 3-sized worm and the "=" shaped islands is 1 cell whider.
Now both food-pills have to be used to get the 2-sized worm into it´s goal without loosing the connection to the 3-sized worm
I think, this is the intended solution, and the puzzle is whidened by an update to prevent from the solution in the video here.
Yep I'm absolutely certain that your playthrough of this game is gonna be up there with Baba is you, Snakebird and A Monsters Expedition in terms of quality. Looks fantastic, and the level of difficulty is perfect to be constantly fascinating
there's a certain type of game that tyler seems to really enjoy (puzzle games with few core mechanics that are very well explored), and this game seems to fall perfectly within that niche. defo going to be a high scoring one at the end, i feel.

because I don't have to solve it myself
11:20 I noticed those lines on the levels too but didn't think of it as much, because "what would they be?"
But then I noticed the line at the level at 11:46, not going to a worm, but THROUGH the level. And the bottom one is slightly to the left.
And then: at 12:55, we can see another through-level line. _In line with the previous level_ But somehow it doesn't connect to the next level... UNLESS you change the shape of the worm-ship itself!
So with that, *the worm-ships themselfs are puzzles too!* _Those devs really outdid themselfs..._

You noticed the big octagon looking similar to the small octagon, but in the small octagon are 2 circles and they look similar to something on the overworld map

You want challenge do filament.
A puzzle with rope (electric cable), we can't imagine mentally the entanglement of a cable. That's what makes this game so hard.
On some puzzle I stayed 2 hours. Maybe it's me, but I don't think.
I had to skip last episode since I'm playing through it myself and haven't sequence broke. But I can confirm that Tyler is in for a treat!

The game is actually out now, and the level at 10:00 is for some reason a little bit different, almost unnoticable exacpt it makes that level much harder, might even be inpossible?
Like i literally tried not to look at the video (because spoilers) and got stuck at that level, assumed Tyler already got to there and posted the video, and now i see it just 1 row different but that's the different that makes it much harder
