Thank you
Those are some beautiful specs
Thank you Sista Slab
Thanks for the tip, you did great. 👍
Thank you
Nice at least u show how to actually jig... Been looking all over
Thank you. I decided to do a lot more jig fishing this year. It's how I used to catch crappie all the time. A lot of people seem interested so I thought I'd start showing how I like to jig fish. But I also like using a customized Beetle spin with a bobby Garland jig and live minnow. Mainly because it increases my size of crappie I catch. I guess the old saying still stands. Bigger bait catches bigger fish. LoL 😂 not always true but it does make a difference.
I want to come fishing there....
Yes sir I'm hoping My channel grows big so I can focus on my fishing channel and not so much on my day job. We'll see what the future offers. I'll have a lot more room to do a lot of things when I can focus on just fishing 🎣. Thank you Arrigo Outdoor Adventures
Your welcome brother!
My boy got the DUBYADEEFAWTY in the boat! 🤓
Yes sir. 😂
Great info nice video
Thank you
This is my first year using slip bobbers and they have been great! Thill has one called the "Wobble Bobber" and has been great to throw! There is also a company out of Michigan that make some called "Everlasting Slip Bobbers" and they are quality bobbers as well!
Nice! I will have to check them out. Thank you
Good info
Thank you

Fishyanker.... Take me duck hunting and you can come up here and I'll take ya ice fishing...
That sounds like a plan
@@FishYanker I've wanted to hunt greenheads in trees off that river for way to long.....
Yes they are here. But it's super crowded duck season. The best place around her to hunt green heads is Bayou Meto
@@FishYanker ya but a guy like me doesn't have a chance going there having never been there. Those dudes will eat me up... Well discuss more here in a month or two
Do you have a video of the slip bobber rig
I have a shorts video that may help, it's called Vertical jigging with a slip bobber tips and Technique : Crappie fishing
Hello, I just found your channel. What part of the U.S. are you from? This looks just like the fresh water in my area here in Chesapeake, VA.
Hi, glad you found the channel. I am here in central Arkansas. I Definitely want to go up that way and fish one day. You have some beautiful Country up there for sure.
@@FishYanker
I have been out your way via motorcycle on back roads. It is very beautiful country out your way too.
We are probably in the same frost zone. Difference being that within a few miles of putting in in water that looks like yours... I can be in brackish inland tidal flats... and a few miles after that I can be in pure salt flats.
I just got my little Jon boat. Looking forward to learning the area of the next few decades. My little guy wants to do camping/fishing trips in the Jon.
@great0789 Thank you. I definitely love fishing in the beautiful lakes around here. There's lots of pretty places all over our country, we just got to go explore them.
@@FishYanker
Exactly!
And they will it’s more if you rub the hair of the crappie magnet on the slime of the fish it works for all fish call me crazy but it works 😂 ❤❤❤
You're in Louisiana right? What body of water are you fishing?
Cache River swamps Here in Arkansas
What part of the lake is this we will be there 2nd week of September
The first part
When can I book fishing trip
That would be cool. I wish I had more time. theses 40 to 50 hour work weeks eat up most of my time. But we'll see what the future offers. Thank you Jimmy
Your discount code is already applied to the net at checkout 👌🏾
Cool! Thank you and thank you for letting me know,
Where do you get those hair jigs?
A lot of tackle shops will make them but also individuals. I got a friend that gave me a few but you can Check out some of the fishing groups on Facebook. People are making them and selling them on there all the time. I can make them but it's time consuming so I would rather purchase them.
Whats that info on that net?
Where do you be fishing in that black water
Cache river swamps
I really enjoy your videoes. But I have to disagree with you on the loop knot. While hanging in the air as you demonstrate how the jig hangs, yes a loop knot tied jig will jist hang there vertically. However, in the water the jig should hang in a natural position. Least wise mine does. Keep bringing the videos...
Thank you. I appreciate it. I use a loop knot with a double jig rig but I like the trilene knot when I bobber fish. Just a personal choice. Whatever helps us imitate the bait so we can fill that cooler works great for me. More coming soon 😊
Color hair jig for crappie
Yes I like using them but I have to get some more.
What size hook and how many pounds should the fishing line be ?
I use hook size 2 and 4. on the weight of the jig head I like a size 1/16 or 1/32 ounce. My favorite line is 6 lb hi-vis Mr crappie
@@FishYanker would a fiberglass rod be good enough ?
Yes, almost any rod you can fish for them with. But you will probably want to upgrade one day to a light rod. They're sensitive and you can feel the bite really easy. They are also easy to hold for a long day of fishing.
💯🌟💯🌟💯🌟
Thank you
Good job brother, looks like you never tired from fishing❤
I love fishing. Just being outside seeing nature and hearing all the different birds. Gives me peace and joy. Thank you GOOD MAN
@@FishYanker God bless you.
Thank you. God bless you too
@Fish Yanker eats fish everyday that's good healthy, finally we have crappie in Idaho,if I have chance I go fishing sorry can't show you pictures
Nice! I hope you tear them up this summer.
🫡🎣
Thank you
Keep explaining how to catch crappies
I will do my best.
slip cork is irrelevant. can do the same with fixed but still like your different techniques.
Thank you
You got crappie bites on the hook tip 😅
Yes. Crappie bites add sent. I don't think the crappie care about the bite, they focus on the jig. But they like the sent.
@@FishYanker yes I use it all the time😎
Nice!👍
By the way do not jerk up when he bites cuz it rips there lip and the get off all you have to do is pull and reel
I set the hook so he doesn't get loose.
Where you at dawg?
Cache River here in Arkansas
Good stuff man !!!
Thank you
@@FishYanker That river runs about 214 miles. I'm sure there's plenty of nice spots
Yes there is lots of spots to fish I usually get off the main river channel and go up into the creeks, lakes and swampy areas
LMAO your measurements are way off it's funny
The complete ruler is on the lower part of the chart. You need to look below the big numbers.
I think I seen some 6 inch ones 😅
