Hi mate hope you answer it back
Basically I am looking into become one and my motivation behind it is that I am really kinda person who would listen to people and solve there problems and also myself went through mental health issues and was able to come out of it.
I have done diplomas in IT but I wasn't really happy abut it so I left and now I really think I should choose this
I just wanted to ask what advice would you give me on this

Hi Jess. My understanding is that a diploma is usually Level 4? A level 3 doesn’t qualify you as a counsellor, whereas a level 4 does and then you could work in an agency or some people open private practice. You may find this video helpful - ruclips.net/video/GDPsllGZf2o/видео.html
