She seemed like she was competing alongside the other contestants. On the other hand, Ella was really good, but the budgeted production was terrible in Puerto Rico.

Oh please. Miss Philippines performance was bad in MU’99. It’s a wonder that she even made it to top 3. She did look beautiful but she didn’t hold a candle to Mpule’s charm and wit. She slipped in her prelims and she still advanced somehow. Her top 5 answer was okay. I’ll say she got lucky since she referred to her slipping on the stage. However, her final answer was sloppy and lacking conviction. Mpule was on 🔥 and answered with utmost conviction. Please don’t be envious of victors from other nations.
