I remember this was my first ever miss universe pageant!!! I was just a lil girl watching from TV back at home, and I was stunned by the way she answer's the question (and the part where she showed the hand gesture of the traditional Indian dance is stuck in my head up till now!). She clearly a winner that night. A strong presence, super intelligent, and sincere heart, everything along with the 3 B's made her stand out!!! And many many years later, she still is a universe queen ❤️
She also has the unique dressing. The only miss universe that carries a Dupatta. A brilliant move 👏 👌
