    Hot flashes are not the only problem with menopause. Talk about the cold flashes, heart palpitations, tittinus, dizziness, panic attacks, joint issues, ankle problems. There are so many issues.

      Wow. I had tinnitus seemingly come out of nowhere 2 years ago when I was 48. I didn’t talk to my gynecologist about it then but I will on my upcoming appointment. I’ve had heart palpitations for around 7 years that come & go that my cardiologist doesn’t have an answer for also.

      @@aj25055 Yes! It's scary. It comes out of nowhere. There are things we can do. I drink a lot of water. Flax seed, chia seed. You have to research. I pray and hope you don't have anymore problems. God bless you.

      @@aj25055 I forgot to mention I had a heart attack at 47 and when the menopause kicked in I thought I was having another in 2022. Went to emergency 5 times...they can't find anything.

    I keep a spray bottle near my bed and spray my face as soon as a hot flash comes on. Really helps.

      Avoid spicy food and coffee; alcohol; strong tea ..you will feel.much better . I have noticed that all these items are triggers of stress to our body once will reach a menopause . Good luck ❤

    Omg I thought I was crazy but I realized this week I get hot flashes after drinking a hot tea or coffee or washing dishes in hot water! I thought maybe I was crazy but I guess not!

      They seem to follow my circadian rythyms as well as my emotions. Yay.
      When I wake up I have horrific flashes....when I eat.....and also just regular daily emotions.....
      It's horrible.

      Count your blessings. My boobs are so sore I have to wear a sports bra to bed. I have rage! moody all day. Crying for no reason. Okay, I can always find a reason, lol
      I eat super healthy and it doesn't matter.

    All these menopause videos talk about the same thing *hot flashes * Night sweats* gaining weight 🤬I could care less about any of those things I have awful pains and aches in my joints and I found out is because of menopause nobody ever talks about what to do with these symptoms

      B1 b complex chang diet I did that due to digestive issues before and had joint pain which dispaired when I changed the diet and took supplement

    What about itchy skin. I can’t find anything to help me. It’s been 4 weeks now and I’m tearing into my skin. Add the hot flashes and night sweats and I am miserable.

      ​@@eagleofjesus7636 Hi, I was desperate with perplexing hot flashes and body aches at night that would keep me awake. I started making Red Clover blossom tea (they grow in the fields around me - thus I bought a dehydrator to dry them) Anyhow, I add fresh, finely processed ginger with the tea and also Cayenne Pepper. The flashes literally disappeared within days, my blood pressure is also normal now from the Cayenne, and the ginger assists with body aches (inflammation) becoming less. I also started taking 8ml of Collagen about 3 times a week, Bromelain and Vit B3 for joint aches/pins and needles. Lastly, I take Black Cohosh 2 to 3 times per week. I am feeling MUCH better. Hardly ever a headache, sleeping better. I do have body stiffness still - not sure what to do about this, I am very active so it is not from doing nothing 😂 Good luck, hope this helps you. Red Clover is amazing, look into it.

      Yes I had those. I start takin over the counter magnesium citrate and it works. Those symptoms was terrible., especially after my workouts. I knew that the pain came from more than working out. Now I'm doing good. Thank You Jesus🤗

      I'm on the patch but only eased the night sweats and anxiety.. didn't stop them.. went on antidepressant called sertraline.. no more night sweats and really helped my anxiety... Although my sleep pattern still isn't great..

    Yes. I try to eat a rainbow colorful full plate full of fruits and vegetables preferably raw and unsalted nuts and seeds and I drink lots of herbal teas and coconut water and this does work for me. I get few hot flashes every now and then. I don't have any issues with this because I am a vegetarian and I have always loved to eat raw fruits and vegetables since my childhood. I buy those big veggie party platters( I don't eat the dip that comes with it because I don't like the creamy stuff. I only eat the raw vegetables) and the big fruit party fruit platters and I can actually consume most of it within in a day that I need to go and buy it again after the next day and it's over.

    No foods will replace the loss of estrogen in the body- I tried everything for a year, diet, sage tablets etc after classic menopause symptoms the hot flashes & sleepless nights were horrendous. I started taking hot & it has been a game changer- I feel so much better & feel like I have got my life back.

      Louise Newson of the UK menopause clinic may be helpful. She is very knowledgeable about HRT. I have a family history of cancer in my family but made the decision to go on HRT. I was struggling so much just trying to get through the day. I don’t smoke, drink very little alcohol & enjoy power walking so I’m hoping that may lessen the odds of cancer but who knows. I know My hot flashes have gone & I’m sleeping so much better. I am on estrogen gel & bio identical progesterone.

      @@thelthellie492 I ran into a lady at Ross talking about this. She said don’t do it, her sister died from breast cancer. Use ice packs, natural remedies like juicing and see what happens. Ashwaganda and Black Cohorsh also helps. However, every woman is different.

    I had to come of the wonderful hrt due to breast cancer and had a mastectomy 6 weeks ago… i can cope with that but the hot sweats etc are a living nightmare. Can’t get dressed, stay in loose nighties i can get off quickly. Sweats are every half hour and last 2-3 minutes… i do 10k steps a day just walking round my flat and not overweight. I try to stay positive and do deep breathing but absolutely nothing helps. Obviously i am not allowed to go back on hrt…. Can’t take hormones… any help or tips would be greatly appreciated.

      Yes aster my dad passed away two years ago, everything got worse. I do believe that extreme stress magnifies all of the symptoms of menopause.

    Menopause is miserable enough without having to cut out all the things we enjoy. I'm sorry bit the only thing that really helps is HRT .. combined with a good diet, holistics and a fuking good night sleep ( which is impossible without HRT, when you're suffering)
    I tried everything and my life was an absolute misery .. it wasn't living, it was existing. At that age we don't have the luxury of battling menopause, or the financial backup of not having to go to work. Thank God for HRT and marijuana 🙏🏿

      Eat more berries, flaxseeds, unsalted nuts, avacados, broccoli, cauliflower, Brussel sprouts, chick peas, oily fish, seafood, kelp, seaweed, etc. Your brain is nothing but made up fats.. So you need to eat foods that contain good fats, omega 3's, 6's and 9's...
      Your brain is a muscle and it needs to be exercised just like all the other musles and bones in your body to keep it in good working condition.
      So here are some ways to train your brain:
      1. Learn to play a musical instrument
      2. Learn a new language
      3. Do a crossword puzzle
      4. Do a jigsaw puzzle
      5. Play challenging games like suduko
      6. Have stimulating conversations with someone that you believe is interesting to you. This will increase your knowledge.
      7. Learn how to do a new skill. It could be learning how to cook a new fish or learning how to cook a new cuisine, learning how to do a type of art or craft etc...
      The goal is to challenge and exercise your brain

    Oh my God at my age in my 60's hair loss from itching sweaty scalp, suites that's in my fruit salad I will use Philadelphia cream cheese and powdered sugar don't need the powdered sugar but I've been using a little bit and the coconut in the bag with sugar so I'm not using not using since I use a coconut in the bag sleeping not well and the night sweats are horrible not having mood swings but not sleeping well.

    If hot flashes was my issue God know I will be a happy camper. For the past 3 years its being a nightmare with so many issues tiredness, joint pain, weight gain and so many other challenges which I very frustrating. Its funny because just earlier today I was saying to my daughter I will do channel on menopause nightmare.. I have been menopausal for 6.years now out of the 6yrs 3 years of feeling awesome as I was taking seven sea evening primrose for 4 months and I swear by it work like charm. I was good for about 3 years after the 4 months and now hell to tell the tale unfortunately they have remove it off the market....

      Sertraline has stopped my night sweats.. I got it for the anxiety but found out to my delight it stopped my night sweats too.. although I'm literally falling apart everywhere else.. dry mouth.. brain fog.. joint pain.. weight gain.. heavy painful periods.. insomnia.. restless legs at night.. but my mood oddly is fine 😂

    I am start menopause about 6 months ago. I can't fall a sleep and I have hot flashes and more. My husband thinks he knows more then I do. I do not have female friends or female family members that I can talk to about menopause. I can't talk to my male doctor about menopause.

      Good groups on Facebook etc.. you ll get lots of advice from women in it or out the other side.. symptoms I had and didn't know was menopause for example.. restless legs at night.. joint pains .. dry eyes.. dry mouth.. hair thinning.. low dose of sertraline for my anxiety helped and stopped my night sweats and have b12 checked.. oh and calcium and vitamin d is important.. I have ostiopenia.. wish I had bone density check earlier 😢

    Yes food is fundamental. The right types that is! When I eat healthy wholefoods nothing processed hardly any hot flushes. If I eat processed hot flushes. Thanks for this video. I'm on the right track. Eating correctly takes discipline.

      Happened to me.. doc put me on contraception injections to stop my period.. godsend at the time.. eventually went on her patches.. periods are back heavy and painful but regular at least..

      Natural yes but torturing yourself for 10 years in the name of nature is stupid.. and the symptoms are damaging to our health.. bone density loss.. blood loss.. brain fog can lead to mental health problems not to mention Alzheimer's.. arthritis of the joints... Heart disease... Stroke... Hormone deficiency can cause serious illnesses.. natural or not there's a reason our life expectancy is longer now than decades ago.. I'd like to live past my 60s and not be disabled during it..

      It isn't normal swearing.. I wake 3 times a night soaked.. hair wet.. pillow wet.. sheet wet.. clothes soaked.. I've woken up because I can feel sweat pouring off my shins.. the word swearing doesn't really do it justice..
