Does this JB4 kit void your warranty or it's fine just to put it in? I think I need to check with our dealer here in the UAE. Any update on your other performance mods if you've installed any? :)

No worries man, thanks for watching. There’s definitely quicker times to be had. I just tried to keep it really consistent to show a true representation of the gains. I’d assume ford would null and void drivetrain warranty.

Really unsure on this. I can’t see how they would be able to tell. Unless it logs a fault code. In which case, should be able to clear before taking it in?

Australia 98RON is similar to USA AKI 93 with octane both around 93, so am interested to know how it went without 30% ethanol? If you add 30% ethanol like burger MS suggest to your fuel mix I think you will gain a fair whack more power!!!!
Thanks man. Yep that’s the next test. Adding e85 to the mix. I agree i think it will allow a lot more timing. On map 3 it was a tad slower which i think may have been from ecu pulling timing.
Good Job, the map 5 looks the best . i was following JB4 tuning for Bronco Raptor which has the same engine of Ranger Raptor so it’s nice to see it now in Ranger Raptor👍🏻 Hopefully not, but did you notice any engine detonation as the higher tuning map you go?
Thanks man, yeah it definitely felt more powerful in 2h. Problem was on the higher maps it just lit the tyres up. I wanted to keep it as consistent as possible for this comparison. I will try do a decent run in 2H next time i’m out.
Also, I believe map 2 is quicker, because with the higher boost settings the power/torque gets cut to protect the gearbox. I watched a video on a bronco raptor, and when the boost was cranked up higher with the JB4 on the Dyno, power kept on dipping down.
Thanks man. I didn’t really notice any performance difference on day to day as they’re so torquey. Will do some 4a runs and see what the difference is.

I have the same roller shutter on my new raptor. They look so much better than other shutters on the market.

Nice vid mate. Maybe try sports mode in 4A next time. Some other testers have seen better results in Sports mode compared to Baja.

Your Ranger stock has 288 hp? How many HP did you gain? Can be 100?
u did all runs without ethanol?
Which offered the best fuel savings?
What brand is the toneau cover?
Could you do one with a boosted launch? (Brake boost)

Thanks mate. It’s mountain top evoe. I liked it the most as it sits flush with sides rather than on top and gives a cleaner look in my opinion.

Hi the 0-100 in normal raptor is 7,9sec. How you did so low in normal mode? 6,77 isn’t true
not sure where you are from, australia has the 392hp version which does 0-100 in under 6 seconds on stock wheels

Id rather have an EVC throttle controller, more use, less damage to the engine.
Wheels look sick though.
I have both JB4 and Ultimate9 EVCx throttle controller......can refine the driveability to your preference.....so best of both worlds.
EVC doesnt increase power....just pushes the pedal harder....its a false hp
