Maxey is more than just a ceiling raiser, but good to see them all together. That's easy to say when he's the only one playing. We saw them go winless without him too when they were only missing him and Jared was killing it

Maxey the only one that played a significant stretch alone and in that first stretch Jared wasn't even playing. Hell Yabu wasn't even playing as much as she should. You win as a team and blaming those early losses on Tyrese not carrying Gordon is bs. They all 3 got on the court and we're even worse when Maxey was out. The 2 way play of Joel makes his l him the ultimate floor raiser and ceiling raiser, but if he were dealing with the spacing Tyrese had early on, he's much easier to guard. Joel playing with Oubre and Martin with the bad shoulder, Lowry and let's say KJ Martin would just be to double Joel and no one could shoot =losses. Only difference is Maxey was starting with Drummond instead of KJ
Not necessary, especially if pg isn’t good at screens and the man guarding pg is a good defender. Screens are to hunt a mismatch. Pg isn’t going to roll, he’s going to pop more often. He’s a better shooter off the dribble. Nurse needs to run action for pg that doesn’t involve embiid. A pg and Yabu p and r is better. Pg coming off an off ball screen then creating will benefit him also

Guys, Who are we going to add to this team!? I feel good but we need a shooter and a 4-man who could shoot, play defense and rebound. I prefer a younger guy but the shooter can be older because Macain will be back. Santi Aldama and Malik Bealesy
I wouldn't consider aldama a good defender or rebounder, but I think Yabu is doing those things well. I think we just need a sharpshooter that isn't a total defensive reliability. But I can't think of anyone available that fits that
