Step inside the the Baja Californian sharing restaurant that just wants you to have fun!
When they returned home to Mexico after 10 years working at restaurants including Blue Hill at Stone Barns, Cala and Martin Berasategui, chef David Castro Hussong and his wife Maribel Aldaco Silva were set on doing something different. They wanted to create a restaurant with all the ingredients of a top fine dining destination but with the added element of fun.
Enter Fauna, winner of this year’s Miele One To Watch Award for Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants, sponsored by S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna, the half-indoor-half-outdoor restaurant in Mexico’s Valle de Guadalupe wine country where the seating is communal and the dishes are for sharing.
