    SLT is not just the first form it's a concept you use in every part of wc.
    The idea is to use a little imagination and see beyond the text book black & white positions, angles, hand techniques, etc.
    My first Sifu told me always have that little imagination/little idea.
    Think what else is here besides the the obvious.
    Adam you help keep that in mind when I watch your material!
    Excellent! Not the same old repetitive/regurgitated wc I've learned over the years!

    Can you slow it down a bit? When you go top speed it makes it very hard to see the moves in detail...

    I think based on your WSL Linerage you re more for aggressive footwork approach to intercept rather than come fromstable stance to block a hook by tan sau..Iam assuming right ? Gary Lam teaches more Tan sau for these mathers with minimal movement.. I ask myself why so different when Both are WSL Linerage ? Did WSL add modifications in the later time ?

    With gloves on how would you apply wing chun into boxing?

    • @gabrielrae7647
      @gabrielrae7647 2 года назад

      Boxing and wing chun already share many techniques like most martial arts.

    • @gabrielrae7647
      @gabrielrae7647 2 года назад

      Instead of the techniques you could use more wing chun principles like simultaneously attack defend or bounce striking which means to block then hit with the same hand or glide striking as I call it which means to hit two different places without re chambering which adam does quite a bit in his videos usually you'll see him throw a low shot at Chris then immediately raise that same hand to hit him up high but thats just one of many ways to perform that principle.

    You need to invest in a $60 mic to make your sound less echoey and more focus and calibrated.
    Good videos 😎

    • @AztecUnshaven
      @AztecUnshaven 2 года назад

      The echo comes from the large room space and bare floor, not the mic. Even with a $200 mic there would be echo.

    It works on model girls, but not on female MMA fighters.🤣 Be a guest on Joe Rogan with Bas Rutten you could explain better those techniques.

    Why do I always get the impression that you "see" things in the three wc forms that are not there, that is, were NOT INTENDED to be there? You see the course of an arm's motion in a form and some times you insert concepts at particular positions of that course.
    For me, you are adding and changing wc, and this is a GOOD thing, as long as you don't lie about it inflating traditional wc to be something it never was.
    I could be wrong in my assessment, but am I?
    BE RESPECTFUL OF WHAT TRADITION HAD TO OFFER, use it, but also be AN HONEST PIONEER. Get rid of any old or new idols, which at the end make you WEAK.

      @Aiden Fisher Didn't I tell you to get a brain first??
      You call me arrogant and ignorant, you say I said something that I didn't, and then claim I am being hostile.
      Do you understand you have a huge plank in your eye? Get well soon.
