I share your videos in facebook Hakka groups and they always enjoy it. You've got more Hakka players liking your videos than you know. But also, I think you know more Hakka fist than you lead us to believe

Chris forgets that there is potential energy in your muscles, so you don't need a lit of movement to generate the power, there is stored energy in your muscles so you don't need as much energy or momentum to generate power.
The acceleration is generated by the stored energy in your muscles.
Love the videos and your explanations! Thank you for sharing.

The figure 8 seems to me to be the symbol for 'infinity.. I keep that and a vision of a vortex/spiral in mind when rehearsing..Your passion for pragmatic MA is infectious... You make great videos but this one is a gem! #Props

I feel so sorry for his assistant, poor man gets walloped every video. When I was young , I asked my old sifu if a technique he showed would work? he asked me to come up and see. I learned to keep my mouth shut after then.

    I'm being attacked almost...
Once a weak ...U see people know
    That I m a dangerousvand they...
    Still disrespectful and
trying to attacke me all the time
    Again and again
I can't use some of it because
It is not a proper response to
a siple street fight to do to so...
    Too dangerous
    Works every time...
Love u and your " Cris'' guy
    you train with..tnx " S`i...fu...🤚😌🖖
