THE LAZY NATURAL I changed my diet up this month and I’m trying to stick to salads and healthier food but I also drink a lot of lemon and ginger water! I also don’t eat beef or any other meat unless it’s chicken haha

Growth tips:
-use an oil and massage your scalp every night to stimulate the hair growth.
-I heard people take hair growth vitamins.
-stretch your hair out to give it length!
