    I liked how you made the example invoice and showed us what to look for to make sure it was right, then walked us through the rest if the process. The round video face (that little circle), the red circle to make sure we saw the icon and the grey dot smudgey thing to see where you were on the page were so helpful! All in all, SOLID work! New subby-- I loved how direct, to the point and bubbly you were. FABULOUS!!!! 10 out of 10

    • @souldrivensolopreneur
      @souldrivensolopreneur  3 года назад +2

      If you have a shopping cart integrated, like Kartra does, there's no need for this apart from maybe using it for 1:1 coaching agreements or other special circumstances.

      @@souldrivensolopreneur Thank you for your insight lovely! I use Kartra also for 1:1 clients. What they do is they go through Kartra checkout page and when they do that they also click to sign the agreement, then Kartra creates the invoice and keeps track automatically.

    Thanks for this. Very informative. I would like to have my clients pay by ACH (not credit card) but stripe just sends their bank info at the bottom of the invoice - not a link where they can pay that way, and not even my bank account info. Is there a way to make ACH payment as simple for the client as they make credit card payments?

    • @souldrivensolopreneur
      @souldrivensolopreneur  2 года назад +1

      Great question, John. I haven't used ACH myself, but displaying their bank details instead of yours indeed doesn't make any sense - apart from that they have an account pool where they'd collect the money to then transfer it to you. Maybe have a chat with their support team. I'm sure they'll sort this for you in a jiffy.

I have a verified STRIPE account , I tried to send an invoice charging 2 dollars to another email of my property to see how it works, .. I received the invoice, But when I enter the card details and send it, I get an error message "processing error" ... I tried to pay with different cards both mine and my son's and the message is the same ...
    with the test work well, but in real time with a real invoice appear the error message,...what do you think I should do? ...
    I used visa, master and American..

    • @souldrivensolopreneur

      There could be different reasons why this didn't work. 1) Your bank issuing the credit card might have blocked the payment for security reasons, or 2) Stripe isn't set up properly. I'd first reach out to Stripe support (their chat is amazing) and clarify with them what's going on. Once you know more, you could always reach out to your bank to clear the payment.
